You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have all necessary rights to share such content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Club and Rally Participation

RallyPlanning facilitates connections between clubs and members. When participating in clubs and rallies:

• You agree to abide by individual club rules and guidelines
• Registration for rallies is subject to availability and club policies
• Payment terms and refund policies are set by rally organizers
• RallyPlanning is not responsible for club or rally activities
• You participate in rallies and events at your own risk

Payments and Fees

Certain features require payment, including membership subscriptions and rally registrations. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize charges to your payment method
• Pay all applicable fees and taxes

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund policies vary by subscription type and rally organizer. Please review specific terms before making payments.

Intellectual Property

RallyPlanning and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Mapbox, and Google Places. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Disclaimers

RallyPlanning is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained from the service will be accurate
• The quality of the service will meet your expectations

We are not responsible for the accuracy of itinerary information, including distances, times, and points of interest data provided by third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RallyPlanning and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RallyPlanning and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
